Following a 17 year career at Newcrest Mining Limited, including senior management roles of Company Secretary and Commercial Manager - International, Bruce has spent the subsequent 13 years providing legal, company secretarial and commercial services to a wide range of ASX listed and unlisted Australian companies.
Bruce primarily provides services to the mineral resources, energy, and real estate property sectors and has specific expertise in corporate governance, ASIC and ASX compliance, project management of fundraising activities, as well as negotiation and drafting of commercial transactions.
More recently, Bruce was the key figure in assistance provided by The Acquis Group in successful seed capital raising for Metminco Limited and Osiris Energy Limited.
Bruce holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Melbourne.
