Following a 17 year career at Newcrest Mining Limited, including senior management roles of Company Secretary and Commercial Manager - International, Bruce has spent the subsequent 11 years providing legal, company secretarial and commercial services to a wide range of ASX listed and unlisted Australian companies.
Bruce primarily provides services to the mineral resources, energy, telecommunications and real property sectors and has specific expertise in corporate governance, ASIC and ASX compliance, project management of fundraising activities, as well as negotiation and drafting of commercial transactions.
Bruce holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Melbourne.
