Founding Director and Principal Advisor
James was a co-founder of The Acquis Group in 2006 and remains a central figure in its activities. He practices primarily in the corporate strategy, M & A, Private Equity and business development space. He provides management consultancy, corporate advisory and major transactional experience both domestically and internationally.
Over the past 3 years James has been at the forefront of The Acquis Group assisting;
- in raising over $7 million for Revo-Play Up and its subsequent Joint Venture agreement with a significant Japanese telecommunications company.
- Fetch TV with joint venture agreements with a range of Australian companies.
James holds a Bachelor of Law degree and a Master of International Business from the University of Melbourne and is an Alumni of the Anderson Business School at UCLA.
