Managing Director
James practices exclusively in the corporate strategy, M & A and Private Equity space. He provides management consultancy, corporate advisory and major transactional experience both domestically and internationally.
Over the past three years James has been directly involved in;• The high profile sale of Taverner Hotel Group to ALH Ltd
• Viridis Energy Group’s acquisitions and expansion into Europe
• the Landmark Leisure Group refinancing of its hotel and gaming interests.
James holds a Master of International Business from the University of Melbourne and is an Alumni of the Anderson Business School at UCLA.
